Scott Foglesong takes us on a journey with these three wonderful composers who, from the late 19th through the early 20th centuries, established a style and an overall sound that has become, for many, the very definition of “French music.” We’ll be taking a look at them, and particularly we’ll be luxuriating in the effulgence of their music—from chansons to orchestral works to choral works to chamber music.
